Goerli have finalized
Goerli was the last testnet that have finally transitioned itself to Proof of Stake consensus protocol after merging to the Prater chain. There was some confusion on the network because of two different terminal blocks and lots of non-updated nodes, so it didn't finalize earlier. All in all it was a success.

Introducing Ingonyama - zk proofs
Ingonyama (meaning Lion in Zulu) believes that cryptography has high computational demands that require increased use of specialized hardware acceleration. Creating a more cost-effective base layer of Zero Knowledge Proofs is key to their widespread adoption. For the aforementioned sake, they have released a blog post Lowering the Barrier of Entry to Zero Knowledge Proofs clearing the various doubts about the zk proofs and mentioned their goals and objectives for the future.

Magic Eden Wants to Build an ApeCoin NFT Marketplace Just for Bored Apes
Magic Eden has unveiled a proposal to build a Bored Ape Yacht Club marketplace for the ApeCoin community. The marketplace would operate via the official ApeCoin website and be based on Magic Eden's technology. Bored Ape NFT holders would receive benefits such as lower trading fees. Magic Eden claims that it can deploy the marketplace in September if the proposal is passed.
