Network performance
Currently the Eth2.0 network has 21,882 active and 6,406 pending validators respectively with 700,096 ETH staked. On the day 2, so far 4305 blocks are proposed in comparison to 3330 blocks on December 1 (since the launch). There are 170 missed and 11 orphaned blocks on December 2 and 280 missed and 6 orphaned blocks on December 1. This shows that the number of proposed blocks are increasing while the number of orphaned blocks is decreasing.
The validators count is also consitent. On the day of genesis, total validators were 21,063 whereas a few joined more on the subsequent day to support the security of the network.
