In the All Core Developers Execution Layer 157 call on Thursday the Ethereum developers announced the date for Shapella hard fork update to be on 4/12/2023, 10:27:35 PM.

The Shapella fork has successfully been activated on the Goerli testnet at epoch 162304, occurring at 10:25:36 PM UTC on March 14, 2023.

Client Teams approve execution-apis/pull/388, but also agreed to not include in Shanghai.
Expected Cancun EIPs: SSZ hesitations, SELFDESTRUCT removal, EVMMAX proposals, EOF, BLS, EIP-1153, EIP-4788, EIP-663, & EIP-5920.
Client teams to prioritize fork proposals and submit potential Cancun EIPs.
