Highlights of Ethereum Devs Call

• Shapella Upgrade proceeded relatively smoothly, with minor issues including a large number of withdrawal credential changes causing initial networking problems.
• Prysm's MEV-Boost-related bug has been identified, & v4.0.2 has already been released with a fix. Teku is also investigating a minor issue related to block import times.
• Alex proposed a series of amendments to EIP-4788, sparking extensive discussion. The conversation will continue asynchronously this week and be addressed in the ACDC meeting next week.
• The next ACDE meeting will focus on reviewing and prioritizing candidate EIPs for the Dencun network upgrade.
• Paritosh Jayanthi will coordinate with client teams to set up Capella genesis for devnets in the coming week.
