What’s on the Ballot?

Starknet users are currently voting on a set of proposals that could shape the protocol’s next stage of evolution. The options include:

• Faster transaction confirmations (<300ms)
• STRK burn mechanism
• Shorter L1 finality (<3h)
• 2s blocktimes
• 2x cheaper fees
• Timeboost for priority transactions
• Native transaction scheduling
• zkLogin support
• Transient storage
• Post-quantum signatures

Each option represents a different priority, i.e., whether improving user experience, strengthening tokenomics, or preparing Starknet for future cryptographic threats.

How to Participate

The vote is being conducted on Snapshot, a decentralized off-chain voting platform widely used in Web3 governance.

• Eligibility: Any $STRK token holder can cast a vote.
• Weighting: Voting power is proportional to the amount of $STRK held.
• Process: Simply connect your wallet, review the proposals, and submit your choice.
