  • JPMorgan will reportedly allow clients to use crypto ETFs, starting with BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust, as collateral for loans. The bank may also factor in crypto holdings when calculating net worth, signaling a major step in traditional finance embracing digital assets despite CEO Jamie Dimon’s ongoing skepticism.

• Sepolia Activates History Expiry: Besu Releases Sepolia-Ready Client:
  • The first phase of History Expiry goes live on Sepolia on June 1st, and Hyperledger Besu is ready. A new Besu release supports syncing post-expiry with the --Xsnapsync-synchronizer-pre-merge-headers-only-enabled flag. This version is Sepolia-only and not yet mainnet-tested. Developers facing sync issues after the expiry should use this release.
