With Constantinople fork coming closer, listing all EIPs to be included is a priority for the Ethereum Core Developers. In latest Core Devs meeting, the discussion was more focused on streamlining the process of merging of EIPs and about the EIPs proposed to be included in the fork.
*New EIP will be written by to replace EIP 86 *EIP 96 needs a little more collaboration *EIP 145 will be going in the hardfork. *EIP 169 / 170 will be discussed more in the next meeting
